This JHA provides a structured method for breaking a job into individual tasks, identifying associated hazards, evaluating risk, establishing controls, documenting required PPE, and assigning responsible personnel.
Two purchase options are available:
Editable Template — Receive the editable MMS JHA template and customize it for your own company, jobs, equipment, and operations.
MMS Completed JHA — Provide MMS with the job/task information, equipment details, hazards, procedures, photos, and other relevant information. MMS will develop and complete the JHA for your specific job/task.
MMS Completed pricing is per individual JHA/job task. Each additional job/task requires a separate purchase.
