By purchasing products or services from Magnolia Manufacturing Safety (MMS), you agree to the following terms.
Digital Products
MMS safety documents, templates, permits, forms, and other downloadable materials are provided for use by the purchasing customer or organization. Purchase does not transfer ownership of MMS intellectual property or permit resale, redistribution, publication, or commercial reproduction of the documents.
Customer Responsibility
MMS documents are designed to support workplace safety and operational risk management. The customer is responsible for reviewing and adapting documents as necessary for their specific facility, equipment, processes, hazards, workforce, company requirements, and applicable laws and regulations.
Customized Documentation and Services
Information provided by the customer will be used to develop documentation based on the scope agreed upon. The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for MMS to perform the requested work.
Regulatory Compliance
MMS documentation and services are intended to assist customers with their safety and environmental programs. Use of an MMS document does not by itself guarantee regulatory compliance. Customers remain responsible for determining and meeting all requirements applicable to their operations.
Refunds
Purchases are subject to the MMS Refund Policy.
Limitation of Responsibility
MMS is not responsible for changes made to documents after delivery or for the use of documents in operations, equipment, processes, or conditions that were not disclosed to MMS or for which the documents were not designed.
