This permit provides a structured process for controlling welding, cutting, grinding, and other spark- or heat-producing work, including pre-work precautions, atmospheric testing, fire watch requirements, and work authorization.
Two purchase options are available:
Editable Template — Receive the editable MMS Hot Work Permit template and customize it for your own company, facility, and operations.
MMS Completed Hot Work Permit — Provide MMS with the job information, work location, hazards, equipment details, required precautions, and other relevant information. MMS will develop and complete the permit for your specific job/task.
MMS Completed pricing is per individual permit/job task. Each additional job/task requires a separate purchase.
